Job Responsibility:
Supervision of the Analysts, ensuring internal deadlines are met and agreed procedures followed to ensure that all clients are operating in accordance with the Central Bank of Irelands’ UCITS & AIFM Regulations and in accordance to the restrictions as detailed in the schemes’ documentation
Assist in the management of developmental activity for team members and manage their work schedules to ensure optimum coverage for stakeholders
Assist to achieve continuous improvements in efficiency of service provision and cost effectiveness of operations
Ensure that all clients are operating in accordance with the Central Bank of Irelands’ UCITS & AIFM Regulations
Ensure a high standard of work from the offshore locations, ongoing training of the staff there and strong KPIs being achieved from them
Adhere to KPI’s by ensuring deadlines are met, SLD’s adhered to, and procedures followed with 100% success rate
Be responsible, in particular, for the work of the offshore location- Accuracy, Timeliness and Efficiency
Requirements:
Appropriate experience in a funds’ environment
Good technical knowledge of key duties and responsibilities of trustee
Specialist certificate in Investment Fund Services an advantage
Previous supervisory experience is desirable given the dimensions of the role
Solid understanding of financial instruments, stock markets and derivatives
Excellent numeric and analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Accounting or legal qualification preferred
