Job Description:

10-week summer internship program with Wells Fargo's Wealth & Investment Management division, focusing on Trust Services. Interns will work alongside experienced professionals gaining exposure to trust administration, fiduciary strategy, and client relationship management while supporting high-net-worth individuals and families with wealth management and transition services.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with Trust Administrators and Fiduciary Strategists to support client relationships
Review and interpret governing documents such as trust agreements and directives
Assist in administration of specialized trust types (e.g., Special Needs, Estate, Philanthropic)
Participate in projects focused on process improvement and operational efficiency
Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support trust operations
Learn and apply trust-related systems, workflows, and compliance protocols
Contribute to client service initiatives and help resolve inquiries with professionalism

Requirements:

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Trust & Wealth Management, finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Communications, English, or related field with expected graduation date of December 2026-June 2027
6+ months of work experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Involvement in extracurricular enrichment activities through volunteerism, student organization involvement, study abroad program(s), leadership position(s), non-profit involvement
Proven ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a collaborative, change driven atmosphere
Energetic self-starter who proactively takes initiative, acts with urgency, remains curious, and has genuine interest in learning and growth
