Trial Attorney

• Meet with clients to discuss case details and strategy
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation
• Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Prepare cases for trial and serve as lead counsel when required
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing parties throughout the process

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• 6+ years of litigation experience, preferably with 5 or more jury trials as first chair
• Active member of the Georgia Bar, in good standing
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and writing skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a larger legal team
