As our Treasury Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our organisation remains financially strong, compliant, and able to invest in homes and services that make a real difference to people’s lives. Job Responsibility:
Lead and manage the Treasury & Income Teams
Oversee all funding arrangements, including drawdowns, repayments, covenants, and security documentation
Support the Head of Finance and Executive Team with new debt and refinancing projects
Maintain strong external relationships with lenders, advisors, and stakeholders
Manage day-to-day cashflow and forecasting
Maintain and develop financial models (including BRIXX) to support long-term planning
Provide clear, timely insight and analysis to inform decision-making
Ensure the Group complies with all relevant tax legislation and reporting requirements
Oversee accurate tax accounting and the timely submission of returns and payments
Offer sound tax advice to the Head of Finance and Executive Team
Support audits and the development of policies and financial strategies
Drive efficiency and innovation within the Finance function
Champion value for money and robust financial control
Requirements:
Strong experience in treasury management, cashflow forecasting, and tax compliance, ideally within a complex, multi-entity organisation
Recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or CIPFA) or equivalent professional experience
Management qualification or leadership training would be an advantage
