Come Join The Woodhouse Day Spa Team! The Woodhouse Day Spa is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Coordinators. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign on bonus for Full-Time (36+ hours per week) employees! We strive to create a truly exceptional and personalized spa experience for every guest—and that starts with a strong, passionate front desk team. Our Spa Coordinators truly make the world go ’round, and we couldn’t do it without them.

Job Responsibility:

  • Orchestrate the spa schedule to ensure smooth operations and proper guest flow
  • Drive sales through thoughtful gift card and retail recommendations
  • Deliver a consistently positive and elevated guest experience
  • Support the General Manager with daily operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and polished front desk and spa environment
  • Stay detail-oriented and ensure the team is set up for success each day

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of spa, hotel, or hospitality front desk experience required
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
  • Sales-minded with a passion for guest satisfaction
  • Reliable ability to commute to both our Montclair and Hoboken locations
