Job Description:

We are looking for a Transportation Host to join our team in Las Vegas, Nevada, on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless guest experiences by managing transportation logistics and providing top-tier customer service. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to creating memorable moments in the hospitality industry.

Job Responsibility:

Coordinate transportation schedules and communicate with the team to ensure timely guest pickups and drop-offs
Meet guests at designated locations and assist them with transportation needs
Escort guests to and from sales centers while maintaining an attentive and welcoming demeanor
Review and update tour manifests to ensure accurate transportation arrangements for the following day
Monitor gas receipts daily and maintain records accurately
Uphold a courteous and friendly personality to align with company culture and values
Respond promptly to reasonable requests from management and perform related duties
Ensure transportation operations run smoothly and align with quality standards
Support the team in delivering exceptional service to enhance the guest experience

Requirements:

Previous experience in dispatching or transportation logistics is preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain a positive and detail-oriented demeanor
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with transportation services and processes
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and guests
Capability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Basic knowledge of record-keeping and receipt tracking
