Job Description:

Join our Transport Team in Mallorca as a Transport Planning Agent. Support transport planning while ensuring profitability and excellent guest experience. Work in an international environment and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.

Job Responsibility:

Play a supportive role on the day-to-day transport operation
assist bus drivers in scheduling their duties and ensure availability of the buses
support to resolve any incidents that can arise from unforeseen circumstances affecting transfer planning
ensure efficiency and profitability in transfer planning without losing focus on guest experience
ensure availability of vehicles according to planning and reserve as appropriate
request service support from collaborating companies if necessary

Requirements:

Experience in tourism and transport operations
ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities without losing focus on planning ahead and capability to work under pressure
MS office and well-developed computer skills
excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
additional language advantageous
driver license is a plus
