As Translator/Interpreter, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication between the Vice President and other internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for interpreting during internal meetings and translating important documents, ensuring smooth and effective communication across the company.
Job Responsibility:
Provide interpretation for internal meetings (Japanese ⇔ English)
Translate meeting materials and internal documents (Japanese ⇔ English)
Schedule and organize meetings
Provide other assistant duties as needed
Requirements:
Must have business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English
Must have experience in interpretation and translation, preferably in a business environment
Must have basic PC skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Experience working in a multinational environment is a plus
