We are looking for a Transition Manager for a 5-month hybrid engagement in Beaverton, OR. Are you ready to take the helm in orchestrating the seamless flow of products and services, directly impacting a global supply chain and ensuring customer satisfaction? In this pivotal expert-level role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic distribution plans that directly influence profitability, enhance customer coverage, and optimize inventory management for a leading brand. As a key contributor, you will leverage your analytical prowess and leadership skills to manage complex distribution initiatives. Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the development and execution of detailed demand, inventory, purchase, and delivery plans for various categories and customer segments
  • Analyze complex data sets and formulate strategic recommendations to achieve critical profitability, customer coverage, and inventory objectives
  • Gather, analyze, and meticulously compile data related to demand and inventory planning
  • Conduct thorough audits to ensure the accuracy and validity of all data
  • Prepare compelling data visualizations and reports that effectively support strategic decision-making
  • Develop and publish regular, comprehensive reports to keep management informed and facilitate proactive adjustments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience
  • PhD or Law Degree with 3 years of directly relevant experience
  • Master’s Degree with 4 years of directly relevant experience
  • Associate’s Degree with 6 years of directly relevant experience
  • High School Diploma with 7 years of directly relevant experience
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing complex distribution, inventory, or supply chain plans
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively conveying complex information to various stakeholders and management
