Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement transformational strategies for organizational change and business goal achievement
Lead and mentor project managers to ensure project success
Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and ensure alignment with business priorities
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
Monitor project performance and provide updates to senior leadership
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
Proven track record of successfully leading transformation initiatives and managing complex projects in a corporate environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and driving continuous improvement
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
