Job Description:

As our Transfer Pricing Analyst Intern, you will work within our Group Taxation team, and will be involved in a wide range of Transfer Pricing processes affecting the entire group with our subsidiaries. The position also contributes to the analysis of the intercompany transfer pricing structure in place and to the definition of the consequent impacts on the Group.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process and analyse the income statements of the Group companies and identify potential tax risks
  • Support the Group Transfer Pricing team in establishing intercompany transfer pricing
  • Analyse and define intercompany chargebacks (i.e., Royalties, Management Fees)
  • Analyse intercompany transactions put in place by Group companies
  • Support in corporate reorganizations for the evaluation of TP impacts
  • Support in transfer pricing compliance

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Economics or another relevant discipline
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a steady and efficient pace
  • Teamwork attitude, proactive mindset and goal orientation
  • Fluency in English
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office tool
