Job Description:

We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Transaction Manager based in Singapore. In this role, you’ll be responsible for loan origination and lifecycle management, process and technology implementation, data quality and control assurance, transaction coordination and troubleshooting, and risk management and compliance.

Job Responsibility:

contribute to the build and development of the team supporting large, complex syndicated and bilateral loans across various sectors (corporate, commercial, real estate, structured lending, trade)
assist in creating processes, standards, procedures, controls, and training for transaction management, and aid in the design, testing, and rollout of relevant technology
ensure that the quality of data, controls, and processes meet internal policies and regulatory requirements/expectations, and define/implement operational metrics for end-to-end transparency
actively manage and maintain a deal closing pipeline, coordinating and closing loan transactions/lifecycle events, capturing data, storing documentation, and troubleshooting issues
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

Requirements:

5-8 years of relevant experience in a related field
excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines and manage priorities independently
high proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft programs, with familiarity with Tableau or other visualization tools, and experience with Loan IQ or similar transaction capture tools
developed analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
demonstrated client relationship and solution skills
