Transaction Management (TM) serves as a critical component of our First Line of defense for wholesale and counterparty credit risk. TM works through the challenges of the Wholesale Credit Risk Lending processes with the aim of transforming the credit risk process flows including but not limited to operational oversight, legal documentation, and collaterals. TM will coordinate with credit management groups across corporate businesses to ensure full alignment on business and regulatory goals. The role involves supervising legal documentation drafting, conducting pre-disbursement reviews to detect deficiencies, maintaining and ensuring high-quality data in internal systems, and contributing to process improvement within the CEE cluster. Additionally, this position will manage the local team and collaborate closely with the CEE TM group to drive standardization and operational excellence.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise preparation of drafts of legal documents
Review credit legal documentation to detect any deficiencies before funds disbursement
Communicate with all stakeholders in credit process – mainly with Risk, Business, Legal teams – and with internal/external auditors
Maintain documentation related data attributes in various internal systems
Review collateral documentation and maintain collateral related data attributes in various internal systems
Review month end reports for assigned portfolio segment(s) following data quality process and submit or process adjustments verifying their accuracy
Assist businesses with implementing complex credit structures based on customer’s requirements
Apply in-depth knowledge and contribute to simplification and standardization of processes within CEE cluster including possible intake of new activities
Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Lead the local TM team and work closely with the CEE TM lead to ensure alignment and effective collaboration
Requirements:
5-8 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's/University degree is preferred
Leadership skills and experience
Demonstrated analytical skills
Clear and concise written and verbal communication
Fluency in English and Hungarian
Ability to prioritize deliverables and work independent of direct supervision
Ability to collaborate across multiple business lines and levels of management
Ability to adapt to changes in dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Self-motivated and detail oriented
