Job Responsibility:
Implement training initiatives for talent development and sales enhancement within the company
Participate in the development of existing and new learning programs
Provide support for local learning initiatives
Carry out training programs for skill development and sales improvement within the company
Monitor budget execution and report on departmental status to managers and your immediate supervisor to ensure consistent standards across the company
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and support
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making necessary adjustments for improvement
Ensure that all training activities comply with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
Collaborate with store managers, sales market managers, and relevant departments to identify training needs and deliver tailored solutions
Collect feedback from employees and managers to continuously improve training content and methods
Requirements:
University degree
preferably in adult learning, human resources management, organizational development, or psychology
Work experience in a customer-focused or commercial environment
good understanding of business processes, client interactions, and the competencies needed to succeed in a sales-driven organization
Successful track record in developing and implementing learning concepts and programs
Experience in delivering and facilitating training sessions
Fluent in Lithuanian and English
Good communication and cooperation skills
Ability to energize and inspire people
