Datatonic Academy is the award winning Authorised Google Cloud Training Partner arm of Datatonic. Since launching into North America in 2025, the business has grown rapidly, and this role is an opportunity to be part of shaping the trajectory of the Academy in the region.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Training Operations Manager and Customer Training Lead on running the day-to-day operations of the Academy in AMER and EMEA
  • Manage training logistics such as sending our calendar invitations, setting up virtual classrooms, updating trainer schedules and gathering class feedback
  • Keep in regular communication with our in-house trainers and training partners (contractors) and ensure that they are prepared for upcoming deliveries
  • Following up with customers post delivery to ensure they found the training valuable and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Monitor class feedback on a regular basis and share insights with the instructors and the wider ops team
  • Organise and facilitate training scoping calls with primarily AMER customers and occasionally EMEA customers
  • Run customer kick off calls in partnership with our consultants and training partners
  • Compile the necessary data for our Finance team's month-end billing process
  • Identify processes inefficiencies and suggest improvements
  • Have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of our training business in AMER and EMEA
