Job Responsibility:

Develop and deliver engaging training programs
Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand storytelling
Foster a culture of teamwork and continuous learning within the organization
Ensure every employee is fully equipped to represent the brand flawlessly and achieve exceptional results
Lead the development and rollout of engaging training programs aligned with business objectives
Identify and assess training needs across all departments, tailoring programs to specific requirements
Develop and localize training materials, ensuring relevance and effectiveness for the Japanese market
Implement training programs effectively, ensuring clear communication and participant engagement
Coach and mentor employees to enhance their skills and performance
Monitor training effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to optimize program results
Manage training logistics, including budgeting and resource allocation
Maintain training records and report progress to senior management

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in a training or coaching role within a retail or luxury goods environment
Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills in both Japanese and English
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis for training program evaluation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
