Job Description:

Lead the development and implementation of engaging training programs for a prestigious, global beauty brand, building a high-performing team of beauty ambassadors. Our client is a world-renowned luxury fragrance house with a rich heritage and a global presence. They are known for their exceptional products and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a passionate and experienced Training Manager to join their dynamic team in Japan.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the development and implementation of engaging training programs for a prestigious, global beauty brand, building a high-performing team of beauty ambassadors
Develop and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and sales performance of beauty ambassadors and fragrance experts
Create and deliver compelling training materials, conduct workshops and masterclasses, and regularly assess training needs
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and retail teams to ensure training is aligned with brand strategy and product launches

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Business, Marketing)
Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Knowledge of the cosmetics or fragrance industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Business-level Japanese (JLPT N1 preferred but not required)
Intermediate-level English (TOEIC 600+ preferred but not required)
A passion for luxury beauty and a commitment to excellence
