Join the Bowel Care business to create excellent sales training programs and secure effectiveness of our salesforce globally. Play a key role in setting the direction and creating training programmes and support the implementation of commercial initiatives in our subsidiaries. Part of a unique team of dedicated colleagues with various backgrounds and competencies. Help set the direction for how our frontline will engage with healthcare professionals as part of an exciting growth journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set the direction for how we train our Sales organisation to effectively sell the Bowel Care portfolio
  • Be responsible for creating training programmes related to key commercial initiatives such as product launches for our Sales organisation
  • Work closely together with all our different subsidiaries and support them on execution of new product launches, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Collaborate closely with different departments in HQ, the rest of the Bowel Care organisation, different external agencies, and all the subsidiaries
  • Track launch performance of campaign effectiveness and create learning loops to secure the continuous improvement of commercial activities
  • Administer budgets as well as work with sales analyses
  • Stay close with field salesforce in subsidiaries to ensure effective implementation
  • Participate in congresses, sales meetings and act as a strong partner for our subsidiaries, which will take you travelling about 20-30 days per year

Requirements:

  • Experience with developing sales training programs and material within B2B
  • Ambitious professional who thrives working both operationally and strategically with sales training
  • Worked with learning and development
  • Practical experience with conducting training of sales reps / mgrs.
  • Project management experience in a global company
  • Demonstrated solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Speak and write English fluently – other languages are a plus (Danish is not a requirement)
  • Have actual sales experience, ideally, however not a pre-requisite
  • Have minimum 3 years of working experience with Sales Excellence / Sales Training or similar function
