Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in education recruitment with flexible hours and on-the-job training. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be working closely with our team to support the expansion of our education division.

Job Responsibility:

  • Make outbound calls to nurseries in Slough, London, and surrounding areas to offer temporary staffing solutions
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with the internal team to match pre-vetted candidates with client needs

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
  • A friendly, professional attitude with a willingness to learn
  • No previous recruitment experience is needed
  • Experience of working as nursery assistants will be preferred
