Job Description:

Trainee Recruitment Consultant role with Career Teachers, a leading education recruitment provider. Join the high-performing Sheffield team to learn from experienced recruiters, develop skills, and build a successful career in the education sector, placing staff in Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools across the UK.

Job Responsibility:

  • Learn the end-to-end recruitment process for education roles across South Yorkshire
  • Build strong relationships with schools and candidates
  • Support business development activities to grow your desk
  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media and networking
  • Engage with clients and candidates in-person and remotely, building trust and long-term partnerships

Requirements:

  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships
  • Target-driven and motivated by success
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is essential
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred but not essential)
