High School Diploma or GED required
bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience
At least 3 years managing multimillion-dollar MEP or multi-trade projects
PMP preferred or ability to obtain within 12 months
Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, BuildOps, or similar platforms
Strong knowledge of scheduling, procurement, risk management, and cost control
Understanding of OSHA, NEC, and industry code requirements
Valid driver’s license
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Responsibility

Develop project charters, scopes, WBS/CBS structures, stakeholder registers, and communication plans
Participate in handoff meetings

Lead field operations, subcontractors, material procurement, and equipment planning
Ensure on-site safety, quality assurance, and adherence to company standards
Manage documentation, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track and analyze project performance metrics including: cost variance, schedule variance, earned value, rework, labor forecasts, cash flow, and margin performance
Identify risks and corrective actions using Excel’s tracking and job-costing systems
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal and external stakeholders
