Trader

• Assist with a trading book and mitigate risk
• Process trades for a trading book and achieve revenue targets
• Operate in an efficient trading team
• Run a business plan with objectives aligned to global targets
• Manage the risk and trading infrastructure
• Coordinate with control functions to ensure governance and control infrastructure
• Manage the technological development of the trading desk operation
• Work in partnership with Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance
• Operate in a culture of responsible finance, good governance, expense discipline and ethics
• Assess risk/reward of transactions
• Adhere to Citi's Code of Conduct and policies

• Minimum of 5 years postgraduation experience
• Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in any discipline
• Relevant higher degree or professional qualification
• Required licensing and registrations as applicable
• In-depth knowledge of respective products and clients
• Proven history of successful trading book management
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Master's degree preferred
