Job Description:

Summerland Farm, one of Australia’s leading social enterprises and a business of Aruma Services, is seeking an experienced and passionate Tours Coordinator to lead our tour program and guest experience offering. You'll oversee the planning, content, delivery and team that brings our farm story to life – from horticulture and history to our inclusive employment model. Working as part of the Hospitality & Tourism leadership team, you’ll champion storytelling, operational excellence and guest satisfaction while collaborating closely with peers across hospitality, marketing, events & functions. Located in stunning Alstonville, Summerland Farm is evolving into a premier agritourism destination. Job Responsibility:

Lead, inspire and develop a diverse team of around 10 staff, including casuals, juniors and supported employees, building a high-performing and inclusive culture, with a formal induction and orientation process
Assist in design and delivery of meaningful and engaging customer experiences that reflect the farm’s story, values and social mission
Help position Summerland Farm as a must-visit Northern Rivers destination

Requirements:

Proven experience in customer focused tourism, hospitality or visitor experience leadership
Strong operational and time management skills with a focus on safety, compliance and continuous improvement
A people-first leadership style with a focus on team development, coaching and accountability
A proactive, adaptable mindset and an eye for detail
A commitment to delivering excellent commercial outcomes in a purpose-led organisation that values people, place and community
