Job Description:

WeRoad is a fast-growing startup disrupting the travel industry. The Tour Operator Assistant will support the Destination Operations Team in preparing departures, booking services, providing operational support, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Destination Operations Team in preparing upcoming departures, ensuring accuracy of travel and customer documentation
  • Assist with booking and confirming flights, hotels, and other direct services for group departures
  • Provide operational support to Travel Coordinators in case of on-site emergencies
  • Complete and maintain data entry within our product and operations management systems
  • Buy, update, and manage documentation related to flight and hotel tickets issued by WeRoad
  • Check and amend website copy and travel diaries in line with itinerary changes
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities of the Supply and Operations team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations role is a plus, but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage basic administrative tasks
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and ability to work independently with guidance
  • Proactive, positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or strong willingness to learn
