Job Description:

The Inter-Affiliate Support Team handles various third party risk management related activities for internal third parties. The team collaborates with both local and global teams to ensure that Third Party Relationships under the Service Provider are appropriately onboarded and monitored in compliance with Citi's Third Party Management Policy and applicable regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Support HR businesses in adhering to Citi's Third Party Management (TPM) policies and standards for Inter-affiliates
Provide guidance on internal third-party risk mitigation
Support the assessment and gap closure throughout the ICSA (Intra Citi-Service Agreement) lifecycle
Promote the adoption and consistent use of TPM technologies and processes
Serve as a TPM subject matter expert
Support day-to-day operations, including new service requests, ICSA establishment, due diligence
Address ad-hoc requests related to supplier risks, reporting, documentation
Build trusted internal and external customer relationships

Requirements:

3-5 years of working experience, preferably in Third Party Operational Risk
University/College degree
Excellent verbal and written English
Strong analytical and communication skills
Strong PC skills in Excel, Word
Minimum 1 year of Operational Experience including delivering in a high-volume, goal-based production/operations-based environment
