Job Responsibility:

Providing expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for network issues
Collaborating with other technical teams to resolve complex problems
Ensuring the stability and integrity of the organisation's network infrastructure
Engaging in proactive monitoring and maintenance of network systems
Documenting processes and solutions to enhance team efficiency
Assisting with projects related to network upgrades and implementations

Requirements:

In-depth knowledge of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Experience with firewalls, switches, and routers
Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically under pressure
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A proactive approach to learning and professional development
