Job Description:

A bit about the role: Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Test management and execution activities by enabling it to deliver the highest level of quality across our testing services and practices. A bit about you: Must have Avaloq product knowledge. a bachelor’s degree in applied computer or equivalent through experience at least 1 years of proven experience in test automation Experience with TestMaster or Tosca or Selenium or Cypress Good to know scripting language JavaScript or Python. Proficient in Testing Concepts and able to perform client facing discussion. Well experience with test management tools such as like JIRA ,HP ALM. Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborating in defining and maintaining the Test Policy and Test Plan
  • Manage customer relationship with appropriate communication and coordinate testing activities with customer Test Manager
  • Work closely with project manager, development teams and other stakeholders to manage risks and issues
  • Able to identify P1 Defects which are candidates for automation suite
  • Develop and implement test automation frameworks and strategies to strengthen
  • Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Analyse test results, identify blockers, and work with different teams to resolve issues
  • Continuously improve and optimize existing test automation processes and tools
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in test automation
  • Mentor and support team members in adopting automation best practices
  • Contribute to the development of testing standards and methodologies
