Test Center Administrator

• Managing the reception area to greet and confirm the identity of test takers
• Assisting candidates with the check-in process and clearly explaining test regulations
• Performing comprehensive security checks to maintain compliance, including checking for unauthorized materials
• Regularly patrolling the testing room to monitor adherence to rules and maintain a secure environment
• Utilizing proprietary web-based applications to start, monitor, and stop tests
• Addressing email inquiries and troubleshooting system-related issues when necessary
• Keeping precise records, including test schedules and incident reports
• Undertaking light office duties, such as managing files and handling test-related documentation
• Supporting the operations of the test center to ensure smooth workflows

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service orientation
• Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends
• Capable of maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Physically capable of performing light lifting duties as required
• Authorized to work in the specified location
