We are currently looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to support our test center in Memphis, TN. This role is part-time (20 hours per week), with the opportunity for additional hours based on operational needs.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure full compliance with test center policies and procedures to maintain a secure and detail-oriented environment
Welcome test candidates, verify their identification, and perform security checks using approved methods
Monitor candidates throughout their exams to safeguard against misconduct and provide assistance when needed
Address candidate concerns promptly and escalate issues as necessary to uphold testing standards
Maintain the integrity and safety of testing materials and equipment at all times
Deliver a fair and comfortable testing experience to every candidate, ensuring adherence to company guidelines
Prepare detailed reports on incidents or irregularities and submit them in a timely manner
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
college coursework is desirable
At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or similar industries
Strong communication skills with the ability to write clear and accurate reports
Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Office, Outlook, and web browsing
Physical ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds, as well as remain stationary for extended periods
Capability to move through the testing room every 8-10 minutes and escort candidates as needed
