Tennis Attendant

• Maintaining 'The Courts Tennis Center' to standard
• assisting the tennis professional with scheduling and helping on the courts
• keeping the tennis center clean and safe
• providing information to guests about recreational facilities and activities
• promoting a fun and relaxing atmosphere
• registering and scheduling guests for activities
• encouraging and recruiting guests to participate in recreation activities
• processing payments for rentals, lessons, or retail sales
• arranging tennis matches
• running events such as tournaments and corporate leagues
• reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager
• ensuring professional appearance and compliance with company policies

• Excellent guest service skills
• organizational skills
• excellent verbal communication skills in English
• high school diploma or GED
• ability to keep accurate records
• availability to maintain a flexible schedule
• ability to work in all types of weather, outside
• previous retail and/or cashier experience
• CPR Certification
• First Aid Certification
• Recreation and Fitness Equipment Certification or training required by local and state agencies
