Temporary Social Contact Support position for a luxury retail brand, engaging with customers on social media platforms and providing customer support in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Responsibility:

Engaging with customers on social media platforms
Answering questions and providing assistance promptly and professionally
Collaborating with the retail team to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitoring social media channels for feedback and trends

Requirements:

Available on-site: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday
Enthusiastic: A positive attitude is a must
