Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Scheduler to help coordinate our client's engineers' appointments and ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll play a crucial role in their service industry team, ensuring that their operations are efficient and effective.

Job Responsibility:

  • Schedule appointments for engineers, ensuring they have all necessary access information
  • Confirm who to ask for upon arrival and whether security clearance is needed
  • Avoid scheduling conflicts
  • Communicate effectively with both engineers and clients to provide updates and confirmations
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and any special requests

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication abilities-both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in scheduling software or tools is a plus
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking
  • Someone who is "switched on" and can anticipate potential scheduling issues before they arise
