Job Description:

Are you a confident, people-focused professional who thrives in a front-facing role? Do you love being at the heart of a fast-paced, welcoming environment? We're offering an exciting opportunity to work with a prestigious client in the heart of Edinburgh as a Temporary Receptionist.

Job Responsibility:

Serving as a first point of contact, meeting and greeting all visitors
Operating a busy switchboard and directing them to the appropriate departments
Managing and scheduling appointments efficiently
Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
Booking and set up of meeting rooms
Ordering Catering, Stationary and Stock when required
Providing hospitality support at company events and meetings

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Receptionist or Hospitality role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
