Job Description:

Temporary Receptionist position at a prestigious car dealership in Teesside, serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The role starts immediately and will run for at least one month with potential to extend until Christmas or become permanent.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a busy switchboard, directing calls swiftly and accurately
Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional welcome
Maintain a polished and organised reception area
Handle general administrative tasks to support the dealership team
Communicate confidently with clients, ensuring a top-tier customer experience

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Receptionist / Front of House professional
Presentable, professional, and confident in a luxury brand environment
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Highly organised and can remain calm under pressure
