Office Angels are recruiting for a Part time Temporary Receptionist to join our client who is a Global Investment Company based in the heart of Mayfair. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in the finance industry while working in a vibrant environment!
Job Responsibility:
Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate team members
Welcoming guests and assisting with their needs
Setting up meetings and ensuring refreshments are provided
Making coffee and tea for guests, including our CEO
Keeping track of the stationary cupboard and maintaining supplies
Booking DHL shipments and managing office post
Requirements:
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to multitask effectively
Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus but not mandatory
