Temporary Receptionist position providing vital front-of-house and administrative support in a professional and welcoming team environment. Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive environment for 4-6 weeks.
Job Responsibility:
Warmly welcoming and assisting all visitors entering and exiting the building
Handling incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and directing queries appropriately
Managing email correspondence and forwarding messages to relevant contacts
Supporting appointment bookings, liaising with GPs, and preparing medical records
Providing general administrative support to the wider team
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive and collaborative approach to work
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Previous experience in reception roles is desirable
