Job Description:

We're looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join a dynamic automotive team from August 25th to August 27th, handling general reception duties, transferring calls, taking messages, and serving refreshments to clients.

Job Responsibility:

Greet visitors with a smile and assist them as needed
Manage incoming calls efficiently and direct them to the appropriate departments
Ensure all messages are accurately recorded and communicated promptly
Provide hospitality by serving refreshments to clients

Requirements:

A bubbly personality who enjoys interacting with people
Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously
Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus
Reliable and punctual, ensuring a smooth operation during your time with us
