Job Responsibility:

Welcoming visitors
managing incoming calls
screening calls
handling couriers
maintaining office space
overseeing meeting room bookings
coordinating travel and accommodation
managing post and deliveries
ordering stock and supplies
organising parking
supporting with photocopying and filing tasks
