Office Angels Glasgow have a great new opportunity for an experienced and versatile Administrator to join our client's dynamic administration team on a temporary basis. We're seeking a proactive individual with a solid background in administration and a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will be to support the day-to-day operations of the team by managing administrative tasks efficiently and accurately. This includes handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining diaries and greeting visitors and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
