Job Responsibility:

  • Assist existing teams in the development and implementation of project plans
  • Coordinate project activities to ensure they are completed on time and within budget, while monitoring progress
  • Provide regular updates to teams and report to the decision-making group
  • Responsible for administration for the decision-making group
  • Supporting the Chair in setting the agenda
  • Writing and coordinating minutes and actions from meetings in a timely manner
  • Conduct research and gather information to support project objectives
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules
  • Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
