Job Responsibility:
Assist the HR & Training team with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with new starter requirements, security clearances, and airside passes
Perform data entry and record-keeping, tracking personnel training, certifications, and course evaluations for both internal use and compliance with regulatory agencies
Conduct pre-employment checks, including reference and background checks
Support HR-related training programs, workshops, and various ad-hoc projects
Manage external stakeholders for course bookings, materials arrangement, and tracking
Help coordinate the Company's induction week, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience
Assist in managing documentation and administrative tasks related to the company's apprenticeship scheme
Requirements:
Previous administration experience (essential)
Experience within a training team or HR environment (desirable)
A keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment
Strong organisational skills and the capability to prioritise tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to quickly learn HRIS systems
