Job Responsibility:
Print Room Management: Oversee the stocking and maintenance of print rooms across all three floors
Courier Coordination: Book and manage all courier services effectively
Communication: Utilize exceptional communication skills to liaise with team members, vendors, and service providers
Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as required, utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
Requirements:
Proven experience in a facilities or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) to facilitate daily tasks and reporting
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative
