We are seeking a highly skilled and discreet Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This role requires exceptional organisational abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules while ensuring seamless executive operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and CCO, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a strategic liaison between executives and key stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and workflow
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for executive meetings and commercial strategy discussions
  • Handle sensitive correspondence, contracts, and financial documentation with discretion
  • Oversee special projects, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are effectively managed
  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination to support business objectives
