Job Description:

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in upholding this client's brand's reputation for outstanding service. You will handle customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, web chat, and social media. Full training will be provided to ensure you have a comprehensive understanding of their product offers, ranges, and services.

Job Responsibility:

Answering incoming calls
Answering email enquiries with an email template
Providing customer service

Requirements:

A strong customer service ethos with a positive, "here-to-help" mindset
Demonstrable experience in a similar customer-facing or administrative role
Excellent organisational skills
A focused, dedicated, and willing attitude
