Job Description:

Office Angels are seeking a cheerful and professional Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join our fantastic client based in Glasgow! If you have a passion for customer service and a knack for organisation, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibility:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Support customers when signing documents
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and order processing
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Assist with promotional activities and office events

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in the automotive industry
Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
