The Temporary Customer Experience Associate will support the Marketing team by executing lead‑generation and audience‑acquisition activities for exhibitions and events. The role focuses on outreach to existing databases to encourage event registration and on providing operational support for daily marketing initiatives. Success in this position involves clear communication, organization, and a collaborative, results‑focused mindset.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct outbound calls to prospect and attendee databases to promote event registration
Follow up with potential participants, addressing questions and guiding them through the registration process
Update and maintain CRM and marketing databases with accurate, timely information
Support the execution of marketing campaigns (email, digital, on‑site and off‑site activities)
Coordinate with internal teams to align on campaign goals, timelines, and requirements
Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials
Track and report call activity, registration outcomes, and basic campaign performance metrics
Provide general support for marketing initiatives and special projects related to events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Experience in marketing support, customer engagement, call centers, sales support, or similar roles (preferred but not required)
Strong verbal communication skills in Spanish
English proficiency is an advantage
Comfortable conducting outreach and engaging with diverse audiences
Basic familiarity with CRM systems and marketing tools (desirable
training available)
Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
