Job Responsibility:

Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly smile
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Maintain an organised reception area
Handle mail and deliveries with precision
Support administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

Proven experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
