Office Angels are delighted to be partnering with a dynamic, fast-paced marketing agency based in Brough. We're recruiting a confident and proactive Client Outreach Coordinator to support an exciting sponsorship project in the sports travel sector. This is a temporary role with a sharp focus on lead generation and relationship building. You'll be engaging decision-makers at professional and semi-professional sports teams across the UK-introducing them to bespoke sponsorship opportunities offered by our client.

Job Responsibility:

  • Making outbound calls using a tailored contact list of sports clubs and organisations
  • Opening meaningful conversations with marketing managers, commercial directors, and club execs
  • Qualifying interest and setting up calls or meetings with our senior sales team
  • Managing appointment scheduling and administrative follow-ups via Outlook
  • Tracking outreach activity using CRM tools or spreadsheets
  • Compiling weekly progress reports and feedback summaries for the project team

Requirements:

  • Confident communicator with an enthusiastic and persuasive phone manner
  • Comfortable speaking with high-level decision-makers
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently
  • Competence with CRMs, Outlook, and Excel
  • Positive energy, professionalism, and a natural knack for building rapport
