Job Description:

We are urgently seeking a Temporary Case Manager to support our Program in Berkeley. This position is ideal for a candidate with strong residential case management experience who wants to make an immediate impact supporting Veterans.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct facility inspections and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Maintain strong professional communication with residents, demonstrating effective de-escalation techniques as needed
  • Coach Veterans in developing and progressing through Individualized Service Plans (ISPs)
  • Support goal setting and track progress with participants
  • Collaborate with other onsite programs to maintain a safe, clean, and well-functioning facility
  • Ensure prompt and appropriate food service delivery

Requirements:

  • Prior experience providing case management in adult residential settings required
  • Direct experience supporting Veterans strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to coach and counsel adults on individualized goals
  • Skilled in crisis intervention and de-escalation
  • Must excel in clear, professional verbal and written communication
  • Strong team player
