Job Description:

Are you ready to step into a role that keeps you on your toes while making a real difference? We are currently seeking a Temporary Call Handler to join a dynamic team in Knaresborough!

Job Responsibility:

Handle lots of inbound calls from customers
Take detailed messages and add them to the system accurately
Liaise effectively with various teams to address customer needs
Maintain a calm and professional demeanour

Requirements:

Proactive communicator with excellent listening skills
Able to multitask and manage time effectively
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organised
